Pretty poor service. Tried to rent a flt via this agency. The landlord did not accept the offer and it was not clear why the offer was rejected. Once the agency said that the are looking for someone to move in immediately, the other day they say that the landlord wants to rent for 6 months only and that the proposed move in date would not be the problem.
Asked for a holding deposit but didnt take the offer off the market after the deposit was payed. To me it looks like they are asking more than one party for holding deposits and give the landlord a selection to choose the best one.
Did not pay back the deposit after the offer was rejected. Needed to call them on a daily basis just to get excuses every day why the money has not been transferred. A letter after the legal deadline to pay back the money and reminding them that they are unlawfully retaining the deposit helped.
Overall the experience was the worst I had with estate agencies so far and if you makes business with them and transfer money then be prepared that you need to run after it.

Beyond terrible service from the Camden office. From a rushed registration on a piece of scrap paper. Not having any brochures to give out. Was promised property details for a flat I was interested in by email which I've never received. And not received any other property details or communication since registration which was several weeks ago.
Like they aren't even interested in selling anyone's property!
Me and my partner have since purchased a property via a different agent who did contact me with property details.
If you are thinking of selling, I would recommend to stay away from this office.

I'm currently too angry to even express how appalling this agency has treated us - the contempt, the ridiculous fees, the lies, the mis-selling, the inability to actually do anything to help us.
Two tenants in our flat have developed asthma symptoms due to the damp in our flat that the agency and the council were repeatedly informed of. The agency lied to me about communicating with the landlord (I contacted him seperately so I know they lied) and used this to stall doing any works on the basically falling apart flat with no boiler and broken doors and damp everywhere. They decribe my attempt to complain rationally as abusive and then attempted to deny this when I confronted them in writing.
My life has been torn apart finanacially, physically and emotionally by this agency who can't even talk to me like I'm a human being.
Please, if you do anything, take a stand and use another agency or find a private landlord and don't support an agency that holds contempt for human beings. I had to pay in excess of £100 fees just to escape this agency.

Victorstone have always provided me with fantastic and prompt service when it comes to looking after my property. All issues I have experienced have been resolved in a timely manner thanks to their professionalism. Recently they have located some good, reliable tenants for me. Very happy with their services and intend to stay.

Having lived in the UK for some time now, me and my wife wanted to establish ourselves on the property ladder. We were fed up of renting and constantly moving homes. We wanted to build some roots here in London and think about starting a family. We knew it would be a different procedure compared to China and was expecting it to be a rather difficult process. We approached various agents and were disappointed by their attitude. A friend recommended us to Victorstone. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff were very professional, friendly and quite knowledgeable. They listened to our needs and immediately arranged numerous viewings. It did take us some time to find the home we wanted (My wife had a specific image in mind). But the agency were patient and continued to support us through it all. They communicated very well, explained things many times and kept us informed throughout the transaction. We are exceptionally pleased with our new home. We cannot believe how easy it was. A big thank you to Victorstone for all your hard work. We recommend thoroughly.
