I am a professional who in good faith paid in advance £225 to Flora beauty Salon at Mimosa who quoted up to 3 eyebrow treatments before.
On the second one we agreed it was very faint and definietly needed to be darker and thicker otherwise it defeated the be object and a pencil would still have to be used.
As it is a painful procedure it was left for a 3rd treatment option to fulfil the 3 part effect discussed and agreed before payment.
But on the third treatment Flora decided to renade on the contractual obligation as per payment; and excused the unfinished eyebrow finish on my personal tension.
And said she would repeat it 3rd time for another £100.
Total £325??
as it did not achieve i reminded her the payment was based on 3 not 2 treatments and any tension is from the treatment itself and if tension equalled to the eyebrows not giving the agreed effect then the whole thing is a cheat as it cannot be cartried out without any discomfort or pain??.
I asked her again 3 times to give the 3rd treatment as per her contract agreement of £225. She replied she would do for another £90.
I can only say this is theft as i would not havr paid £225 for 2 treatments or the concluding effect. I relied and paid in good faith.
To date she has not paid back any money and has refused the thired treatment without further £90/100.
