It used to be good when the Scottish dentist was still based there but unfortunately he had to move back up. Now under a different management, everything falls apart.
The teeth cleaning under NHS hurts an awful lot, feel just like a fish on a hook at times, and leave you gum bloody after. When i eventually thought thats too much and fed that back to them, they asked me to see the hygenist. When i asked to change the dentist, they won't do it unless i email them in writing with 3 good reasons! Then i had to deal with Nicky(is it?) who honestly needs a lesson in customer service. She told me every dentist is the same and if i am not happy i should use another practice. When i mentioned i will make a formal complaint, she arranged for me to see another dentist who then told me my fillings don't so good anymore. I then decided it's time to move on and Nicky wouldn't refund me the treatment i didn't receive. I then made sure my partner who was with them on private leave with me. My dentist now mentioned nothing about any fillings need replacing. It feels like they don't want anymore NHS patients.
