Beware - staff are poorly trained and shockingly incompetent. They made multiple errors on my prescription that took numerous visits to sort out and correct. Rather than accepting they had made mistakes, they made excuses and were defensive. I have only ever had good experiences with other Specsavers, but I will never ever be returning to this one and will warn others against using this opticians.
