I have a facial disfigurement. I attended one appointment and the hairdresser was fine. I booked another appointment 6 weeks later and when I walked in the salon I heard the hairdresser mocking my appearance to one of the customer's. When she saw me, she backtracked, and made out that she was complimenting me about something. I brushed it off, because I didn't quite want to believe someone could belittle a customer, just because of their appearance. A man came in for a quick trim, and when he left the two hairdresser also mocked him. I wish I had been assertive to just leave after I heard her being nasty about me. I regret giving the salon my money, as mocking their customers is very poor customer service.
