Seriously stay away from this place the service is horrible. 1. Prices on frames are unclearly written, when you ask for clarity on the price they seem to add £20 on what the frame price looks like and argue with you rudely that it's right. Very dodgy 2. Sky high lens quotes that suddenly get slashed to some really random amount (not even price matching, just plucked out of thin air). Apparently theres no price list. Super dodgy. 3. Insanely terrible customer service, high pressure selling with no regard for what the customer asks for. If I want oval frames don't tell me I look good in square ones simply to upsell, I've worn oval frames for years and love them. BS 4. Totally ungrateful for any sale at all. the woman who served us refused to put our frames in a case to protect them whilst we travelled home, quoted an extra 4.99 for a case to my partner then said the case was 5.99 to me. They literally make the prices up as they go along for everything and the cases have their branding on. Why should I pay for simple basic branded case that advertises your company - seriously?. Cheap shoddy service designed to hoover the last pound out of your pocket! 5. When you do buy something they sell you stuff off the display that other ppl have tried on, they don't hold new stock apparently so they said to us. So they effectively sell used frames to customers too :- O Went to specsavers instead where they had a clear price list, brand new in box frames (with a free case) and wonderful customer service.
