I took my boots to have the zips replaced as one was broken and the guy in the shop replaced the wong one! When I took my boots back and told him he initially tried to make oot it was somehow my fault then said he would not make good his mistake & said he would charge me to replace the broken zip (at £25!!). He then preceded to totally ignore me & start up his key making machine! I am £25 down & have had to take me boots to another (much better) cobblers in Kentish Town. Mostly I am appalled by this man's inability to see and make good a more than obvious error & his complete rudeness. Don't use this place even if you have no other option. It's terrible.
