Disgraceful customer service, charged me 79GBP to put a bike into a bike box when they knew I had no other option. A 10/15 minute job. Called the owner to try and pay a more reasonable price. Offered 50GBP, which is still ridiculously high, and was threatened that they'd give my bike back to the previous owner if it wasn't paid, baffling. As if that wasn't enough, after paying I called several times to have the bike put in a bike box for the courier and was told repeatedly that it hadn't been done. Useless.
