Having lived in the UK for some time now, me and my wife wanted to establish ourselves on the property ladder. We were fed up of renting and constantly moving homes. We wanted to build some roots here in London and think about starting a family. We knew it would be a different procedure compared to China and was expecting it to be a rather difficult process. We approached various agents and were disappointed by their attitude. A friend recommended us to Victorstone. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff were very professional, friendly and quite knowledgeable. They listened to our needs and immediately arranged numerous viewings. It did take us some time to find the home we wanted (My wife had a specific image in mind). But the agency were patient and continued to support us through it all. They communicated very well, explained things many times and kept us informed throughout the transaction. We are exceptionally pleased with our new home. We cannot believe how easy it was. A big thank you to Victorstone for all your hard work. We recommend thoroughly.
