Giving it one star only because I have to, deserves none! Absolutely awful customer service, extremely rude lady who does the waxing. Burnt me in 4 separate areas and blamed me for having sensitive skin rather than apologising for using wax which was clearly too hot despite me telling her so. Avoid this place unless u want to walk away paying to be injured!!

My experience with Caprice Hair and Beauty was awful. I booked my waxing throw wahanda actually very near to me as well. I ended up very awful salon inside is smelly and I do not get how they running salon such a good location in Belsize Park. After all of that she took me the waxing room it was like a horror movie very small partition room, no heating everywhere is dirty and i change my mind then I told her I have to go and she told me you have to pay for it!!! I PAID and I never pass from there also i never recommend Caprice Hair and Beauty
