Beware - staff are very rood and poorly trained and agrassive on my visit they caussed me so much stress hospital reffered me back for an emergency glasses when i was in the store i got seen by a lady called shivani she was loughing at me talking to her friend about me she shouted and screem at me telling me you need to pay i said i allreasy paied after she said didnt relise that you paied the only think they intrested in is taking people money people plesse beware .
Also shivani she called her manager her name is sara osman the first think she said are you fasting i said im jewish she made me wait for to hours and i still didnt get my glasses they are very racist They made multiple errors on my prescription that took numerous visits to sort out and correct. Rather than accepting they had made mistakes, they made excuses and were defensive. I have only ever had good experiences with other Specsavers, but I will never ever be returning to this one and will warn others against using this opticians.
