Mimosa cut my hair and I later found out that it wasn’t cut straight. I called and complained about it and she blamed me for not sitting straight, the cheek! She didn’t take responsibility for not being a professional hairdresser. I paid £15 for a 5 minute job, she literally just gave a couple of snips and then it was done. Do not come to this hair salon, they don’t do a good job and aren’t professional. They always speak in their language in front of customers and quite frankly it is rude and bad customer service.
