Bought a fan and went to return it packed in its original box within 24 hrs as the blades were hitting the frame when assembled. The owner was accusative and very rude. Refused to refund the amount. I ultimately left the fan at the DIY Homecare. Lack of care and basic decency in communication. A disappointing experience.
