I am a regular customer to yr Camden brance since avery very long time, the toilet is disabled and it's winter, we the customers need to use the toilet but we are being refused to use the toilets. When the machines are disabled the engineers will arrive within an hour, but for the toilet its already 5 days, can you please explain what is going on
