Never been in a worse shoe shop. No customer service whatsoever. Lady even aggressive to my daughter. Spent 45 minutes trying to get a credit note. Got accused of putting different shoes in the box because when she finished her delivery, served all the other customers, scanned the box I was told it was the wrong box and it was weird! Said I was happy for the police to be called and stock checked. 45 minutes later she gave me the credit note. No apology nothing. Would not recommend this shop. I have never come across worse customer service. Lady was aggressive, rude, called my daughter a liar. Cannot believe this shop has remained open with how awful it is
