Recently had my car returned having had the wheels refurbished. Rear wheel nuts were only finger tightened but this went unnoticed by "Quality Control " who claimedto have test driven the car. The noise being made by the wheels wobbling also went unnoticed by the delivery driver who drove it for an hour. Generally customer service, f and communication very poor for the 3 weeks they had the car. When I called to complain they didn't even ask who I was or which car I was referring to. I was told to send the repair bill to accounts who would consider whether or not to pay the cost of my local garage properly attaching the rear wheels to the vehicle.
