Appalling service from a locksmith (Christian) who lied that a lock could not be repaired (by anyone) and deceived me into paying £240 for a replacement cartridge - and then a refusal by his manager (Diamo Panayi) to refund me after it turned out that the lock could be repaired (taking 2 mins, and with 1 tiny, free spare part) by Banhams. I am now going to take court proceedings against the locksmith and the company, report them to trading standards and their trade association and contact the police. Christian also made multiple abusive/aggressive telephone calls to me, and sent multiple text messages, after I realised that I had been scammed.
