I STRONGLY recommend you do NOT rent from these people. They are some of the most unprofessional and hostile people. It's just NOT WORTH IT.
We had the unfortunate time of dealing with these people for almost 5 years until they eventually decided that they wanted their niece to move into the property. So they sent us a Section 21 AS WELL AS a letter asking us to renew, just so that they can cover all their bases. Which is obviously just confusing for us.
During those five years, they performed ZERO maintenance on the flat and were incredibly slow to respond to any issues, usually defaulting to "Can you call someone to fix it?". Even when our kitchen ceiling collapsed and water was pouring out of it, they took WEEKS to deal with it and offered zero support or compensation. Absolutely pathetic. As much as the so called 'director' can bang on about his 40+ years being a clueless agent, they are unhelpful and rude.
These people should not be allowed to rent. As I am sure the rest of the actual reviews tell, they are just awful at their job and they should probably be reported to any relevant body, which I will be sure to do.
Even when we were trying to pack up and leave after being section 21'd by them, DEMANDED last minute viewings for their niece (usually less than 24 hours notice), even when we said we both work 9-5 day jobs they came back with "Can we come at 2pm Thursday?" since they just completely ignore everything you say. ALSO they refused to complete any referencing for us making it even harder for us to leave??? So no clue what they actually wanted us to do, I assume they were just trying to make things difficult for the sake of it.
Just an AWFUL time. I cannot say this enough. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, ITS NOT WORTH ANY AMOUNT.
