Went for a consultation for tattoo, the staff were very friendly and did a rough sketch, measured my arms, couple of days later my design was ready, did it today, so happy with it, coming back for more.

Went for a simple piercing change in my tragus, the guy at the front pointed me towards a Spanish lady at the back who wasn’t overly welcoming. We went downstairs to the changing area and she proceeded to push the stud through even with my piercing resisting and the stud not going in easily. I told her to stop a couple of times as it was painful, and said it clearly wasn’t a good idea to force it. She’s didn’t listen until I said it for the fourth/fifth time and once she stopped my tragus bled quite profusely. I was visibly upset and told her she should have stopped when I asked. My ear hasn’t fully recovered yet, needless to say I was extremely shocked at this kind of service from what comes across as a professional, trained facility. Will not be recommending.

Staff are incredibly rude and unwelcoming with no manners or understanding of how to speak to people like normal human beings. I Went to get a piercing and the spanish lady who claimed to be the piercer was very cold and rude, which should of been a warning sign to leave right then. I then misheard the piercer stating the price was £20 each for lobe piercings (£40 all together, which is double the price anywhere else, and pretty ridiculous) and when i politely asked whether the price on the card machine was correct. She responded with a rude and aggressive "just put the card in and pay it" with no actual response to my confusion. I told her i had misunderstood and thought it was £20 for both in which she became even more aggressive, claiming that i had understood and agreed to it earlier (which i had not and would not have agreed to getting a piercing done there if this was the case). At this point she was very heated and aggressive, in which i responded that I would not be getting anything done there as she was being incredibly rude which was followed by her shouting comments as i left. Did she honestly think that i would allow or trust her to come near me with a sharp object after her foul behaviour? Disgusting and unacceptable service for that type of work.
Overall an unwelcoming and, arrogant environment. The Owner should be really concerned about the characters that they have hired.
Would definitely not recommend to anyone.

I went to this store today to inquire abut piercing. The guy and hispanic/ italian woman on the door were busy with watching videos on their phone. When I asked few questions about piercing, the answers I was given were cold, with negative tone. Woman was rude and unwillingly spoke to me. After I asked to see the studio downstairs, I was denied in a very strong language. When I said thanks and returned the piercing, the woman turned her back and said: 'F**k Off, B**h!' when I said she should behave, she said it again in my face.
I must say very appalling service, rude stuff. Never coming back again and never suggest to anybody!
To the owner: ' Strongly advice to watch the staff you are taking on a job. They looked like they didn't care about customers, were annoyed when approached and looked like they came from a big night out'

I visited the shop today and was shocked by how rude the people running it are, I asked to see a price list and the man behind the counter immediately said how old are you? I replied I'm 16, he said back you're not getting any piercing without ID so I had to ask again, "I just came to look at the price list?" He pointed to it, as I was walking over to it he said at least twice "you are not getting any piercing here with no ID here!" At this point I still haven't even asked for a piercing, feeling as if I was being made out a liar about my age I said okay then and went to walk out, then remembering I wanted to find the best deal in Camden I walked back to the price list and took a photo of it. Then he actually started shouting and moving towards me "I don't want any phones in my shop!" (there was no signs up saying no photos so how was I to know?) And then he shouted again "I don't want any photos in my shop!" "Get out!" Bearing in mind the staff being so rude and not wanting to help or serve customers, also the fact he didn't want any photos taken in his shop near the piercing studio makes me suspicious of the hygiene conditions there, I would not trust them anywhere near my body with piercings or tattoos, how the staff acted did not make me feel welcome at all! Very rude and disrespectful! Avoid at all costs!!! Much better places in camden that know what they're doing!
