Mimosa cut my hair and I later found out that it wasn’t cut straight. I called and complained about it and she blamed me for not sitting straight, the cheek! She didn’t take responsibility for not being a professional hairdresser. I paid £15 for a 5 minute job, she literally just gave a couple of snips and then it was done. Do not come to this hair salon, they don’t do a good job and aren’t professional. They always speak in their language in front of customers and quite frankly it is rude and bad customer service.

I have been going to flora now for a few years. She provides a warm welcome and an excellent service and I would never go anywhere else, she has my full trust. I have had a number of treatments from flora such as threading, waxing, facials and eyelash perming, they are always performed professionally in a lovely clean, calm environment. I always get amazing results and leave feeling like a new woman, firstly becuase of the professional results and secondly because of the beautiful heart flora has and puts into her work. Highly recommended 5 stars.

I've been having the caci treatments with the beauty therapist Flora. Love the treatment and the results! Flora is so kind and helpful, as well as being very experienced. The treatment room is clean and very private, which made me feel very comfortable.

I have been using mimosa for hair and beauty for several years now, I can highly recommend it. The salon is clean, comfortable and the staff are always very welcoming. Flora, the beauty therapist is highly skilled and very professional, I feel completely confident in her hands.I have a range of treatments from hair colouring, cut, blow dry, nails, waxing, eyebrows,and caci treatments, and I am extremely happy and impressed with the results.

I am a professional who in good faith paid in advance £225 to Flora beauty Salon at Mimosa who quoted up to 3 eyebrow treatments before.
On the second one we agreed it was very faint and definietly needed to be darker and thicker otherwise it defeated the be object and a pencil would still have to be used.
As it is a painful procedure it was left for a 3rd treatment option to fulfil the 3 part effect discussed and agreed before payment.
But on the third treatment Flora decided to renade on the contractual obligation as per payment; and excused the unfinished eyebrow finish on my personal tension.
And said she would repeat it 3rd time for another £100.
Total £325??
as it did not achieve i reminded her the payment was based on 3 not 2 treatments and any tension is from the treatment itself and if tension equalled to the eyebrows not giving the agreed effect then the whole thing is a cheat as it cannot be cartried out without any discomfort or pain??.
I asked her again 3 times to give the 3rd treatment as per her contract agreement of £225. She replied she would do for another £90.
I can only say this is theft as i would not havr paid £225 for 2 treatments or the concluding effect. I relied and paid in good faith.
To date she has not paid back any money and has refused the thired treatment without further £90/100.

I frequently visit The mimosa's Therapy Room and I always leave with a smile on my face. All expert therapist always provides a great service, with extremely high levels of professionalism at an affordable price. Their waxing services are of the highest quality and virtually pain free (as much as possible!) I am always satisfied with the service provided.”

this place is one of the best hair & beauty salons in London . the services are incredible and they are offering very cheap prices. i am very delighted for my high light and hair cut. the hair stylist was very professional and very friendly. my waxing was one of the least painful experience which i had over the years. very high standards and can counted the best hair & beauty place and very cheap prices. highly recommended
