Lied about price. then double aftercarrived. then damaged caroet. then saidcpatmybto clean. nowcrefuse quotes and suggest anothervlocksmith eh? same locks in 11 years new cwapet last year, have receipts, and now they accuse police of causing marks but 25 year experienced carpet assessor has tested particles and confirned metal and oil.

Scammers ripping off people
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMAPANY!! They ripping off people! I had a really bad experience with them! After I had a problem with my door I looked online and called them without checking any reviews (bad move) explained them over the phone what's the problem and the guy said someone is coming in 30minutes and the fees are £49 plus the parts if he needs to change some. The guy arrived on time he looked at the door and I was told that can't be fixed without taking off the door case mechanism and he needs to buy one and that costs between £100-£300 because it's very expensive one, I said ok without knowing the prices and anything about this trade. After 1 hour the guy came back moaning that he was struggling to find this mechanism and I'm lucky the price he charged was £252 without vat! At the end I paid £373 including vat and labour. Next day I took my old mechanism to a local locksmith and I was told that can be fixed a broken spring with £20! Also a new one costs between £30-£70

Appalling service from a locksmith (Christian) who lied that a lock could not be repaired (by anyone) and deceived me into paying £240 for a replacement cartridge - and then a refusal by his manager (Diamo Panayi) to refund me after it turned out that the lock could be repaired (taking 2 mins, and with 1 tiny, free spare part) by Banhams. I am now going to take court proceedings against the locksmith and the company, report them to trading standards and their trade association and contact the police. Christian also made multiple abusive/aggressive telephone calls to me, and sent multiple text messages, after I realised that I had been scammed.

RIP OFF COMPANY !! Don't use them, if you don't believe me, just google them, I am not the only one that has been ripped off. No doubt they are ripping off elderly people also.
I have since reported them to trading standards! The price they quote you on the phone is so much lower than the bill they present and demand you pay.

Chris came very quickly was very efficient and polite. He quickly sorted to problem out, he tried to fix it instead of replacing my garage lock. I'm very satisfied with the service provided will use him again.

Really poor experience.
A classic example of a company trying to take over the world when it clearly does not have the manpower or reliability.
